Whittier College is located about 12 miles southeast of the City of Los Angeles, easily accessible from the 605 Freeway, which runs the north-south corridor between Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The campus is situated on the eastern edge of historic Uptown Whittier, on Painter Avenue, between Philadelphia Street and Earlham Drive.
Situated on 74 hillside acres, the campus houses 29 academic and administrative facilities, seven residence halls, a chapel, two 100+ seat auditoriums, an outdoor amphitheatre, an art gallery, a Cultural Center, and three Faculty Masters Houses.
The athletic complex is on the east end of campus off of Earlham and Canyon Drive is set against the east side of picturesque Worsham Canyon.
The Poets sponsor 21 varsity sports and have seven facilities to accommodate the programs. The Donald E. Graham Athletics Center is the epicenter of the department as it features the Richard Ettinger Tennis Courts, the Lillian Slade Aquatics Center, Dave Jacobs, the Hall of Fame, the George Allen Fitness, locker rooms, classrooms and offices.
Memorial Stadium is used for football, track & field and men's and women's lacrosse while Memorial Field is home to the Poets' baseball team and Palmer Field is the setting for home softball events.
The men's and women's soccer teams play on the Graham Soccer Field located north of Memorial Stadium.

Charles and Marie Palmer Softball Field The softball complex is one of the newest facilities at Whittier College. It is the home venue for the Poets softball team. |

Dave Jacobs Court The men's basketball team, women's basketball team and volleyball team play its home games on Dave Jacobs Court which seats 2,000. |

Donald E. Graham Soccer Field Often called "The Cage," the soccer complex is the home facility for the men's and women's soccer teams and is also used as a practice facility for men's and women's lacrosse as well as throwing events during home track meets. |

George Allen Fitness Named in honor of NFL Hall of Fame coach and former Poets frontman, the George Allen Fitness Center is the main training facility for all 21 of the varsity programs. |

Fame Located just inside the main entrance the Graham Athletics Center, the Hall of Fame holds the plaques of all the members of the Purple & Gold Hall of Fame. Notable members include George Allen, Don Coryell and Richard Nixon. |

Lillian Slade Aquatics Center The men's and women's swimming & diving teams as well as the men's and women's water polo teams use the aquatics center as its home venue. The pool is currently under construction. |

Memorial Field The baseball team plays its home games on Memorial Field which features a full inning scoreboard and dugouts that were redone in 2009. |

Richard Ettinger Tennis Courts The men's and women's tennis teams use the six lighted courts for all home matches as well as practices. The venue also played host to the 2010 women's tennis SCIAC tournament. |

Wallace "Chief" Newman Field at Memorial Stadium The football team, men's and women's lacrosse teams and the men's and women's track & field teams use Memorial Stadium for all its home games and meets. The 7,000 seat stadium is one of the largest for a Division III program on the West coast. |
