WHITTIER, Calif. – The Whittier College Football team released their 2018 schedule Friday, announced by Head Coach Mike Neale.
The Purple & Gold open up their 2018 campaign with two non-conference bouts the first being on the road on September 8 against Arizona Christian before returning home to Memorial Stadium on September 15 to host Lewis & Clark.
Wrapping up September competition, Whittier will open Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) play hosting Chapman University on the 29th.
Out of the four games in the month of October, Whittier will have only one home game, coming against La Verne on October 13 for Homecoming. The other three games include the Annual "Shoes" rivalry game against Occidental College on October 6 and then back to back match-ups with cross-town foes Pomona-Pitzer (October 20) and Claremont-M-S (October 27).
The final two games of the regular season come at home at the beginning of November. The first being against the University of Redlands on November 3 and the season finale/senior day coming against Cal Lutheran on November 10.
