On February 21, 2011, Stratton was named the Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator.

Served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Ventura College. His offense averaged 401 yards per game as he saw his quarterback named first-team all-league and all-state.

Head Football Coach at Coronado High School in Las Vegas, NV

1990-92
Was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Citrus junior College in Glendora, Calif. Stratton led the offense to records in rushing and scoring and saw his team earn a Foothill Conference Championship as well as a berth in the 1990 Southern California Bowl.

Was the quarterbacks coach and recruiting coordinator at Southern Utah University.

Served as a graduate assistant at UNLV.

Was a member of the Southern Utah University football team for three seasons.

President and CEO of the Elite Air Academy in Las Vegas, Nev., where he has helped develop a number of Division I, II and III prospects.
