Cross-Country Accomplishments

While at Whittier he has competed in over 375 races in distances ranging from the mile to the marathon, and rarely misses a day of running, with his current streak of consecutive running days approaching two years.

"We are fortunate to have Chuck work with us", said Phillips.  "The team respects his wisdom in all matters related to academics and athletics.  He's our team statistician and can calculate places and paces int he blink of an eye."
