High School: Played for Baldwin High School of the Maui Interscholastic League... Went undefeated to win a league championship senior year, ending as the Hawaii runner-up... Class Valedictorian...Student government participant (three of four years)

Why You Chose Whittier College: Whittier was the right fit, it satisfied all my needs. I have family nearby, great weather, offered my major, and had a baseball program I could play for.

Hobbies: Being from Hawaii, I spend a lot of my time fishing and spearfishing or just going to the beach.

Athlete You Admire: I admire (Major Leaguer) Kurt Suzuki because he is from Hawaii and a catcher too. But what I like most about him is that he will always come back home and give back to our community. He donated a lot to our high school baseball program and he runs youth camps.
