Prior to Whittier
Transferred from Foothill College, where he served as team captain and led the squad in goals and assists during the 2024 season. Previously attended Mountain View High School, where he received the Most Inspirational Player Award.

Earned his Associate’s Degree with honors from Foothill College.

Son of Edgar Neco and Begoña Tudela. Has one sibling, Carmen. Enjoys spending time with his dogs, friends, and family. Lists Andrés Iniesta as the athlete he admires most.
