Lailoni Mayfield is a driven professional making her mark in the world of sports and marketing. She currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Whittier College, where her passion for softball and mentorship shines through. In addition to her coaching role, Lailoni also excels as the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Premier Girls Fastpitch, where her creativity and marketing skills come to the forefront.

Lailoni's journey in education has been remarkable. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in marketing from Syracuse University. Furthermore, her commitment to personal growth led her to Vanguard University, where she studied Leadership Studies, showcasing her dedication to becoming a well-rounded professional.

On the field, Lailoni's dedication and talent have not gone unnoticed. She proudly boasted the titles of All-Conference and Gold Glove winner from her time at Vanguard University, reflecting her excellence and commitment to the sport.
