2017 Outdoor:  Named the Gator of the Week on Apr. 24 ... at the Bulldog Invitational against Division I opponents she took first in the shot put, set a personal-best in the event and broke the school record with a throw of 14.35 meters ... on Mar. 24 at the Cal Poly Invitational she set a career-best in the hammer throw with a mark of 51.67 meters, fourth all-time in SF State history in that event … at the Kim Duyst Invitational hosted by Stanislaus State recorded a provisional mark in the shot put with a throw of 13.93 meters.

2016 Outdoor:  Earned All-conference honors for the third-straight year by taking second in the shot put with a throw of 13.34 meters…that same meet she took fifth in the hammer with a throw of 47.61 meters, a career-high in the event…set a career-high in the shot put with a throw of 13.43 meters at the Beach Invitational on March 15.
 
2015 Outdoor:  Earned All-CCAA honors for the second time in her career with a second place finish in the shot put…her throw of 13.35 meters was a season-high.

2014 Outdoor: Garnered All-CCAA honors after placing third in the shot put at the CCAA Championships…made her outdoor debut on March 1 at the Kim Duyst Invitational where she placed second in the shot put with a throw of 10.83m (35’-6.50”)…she also placed 23rd in the hammer throw with a toss of 29.22m and 32nd in the discus with a mark 22.50m…the following week at the CSU Stanislaus Open on March 8 she set a season-best mark in the discus with a throw of 31.02 (101-09)…on March 22 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational she set a personal-best in the hammer with a throw of 36.64m (120’-02”) which was good enough for fourth…at the CCAA Championships on May 2 she finished third in the shot put with a personal best throw of 12.92m (42-4.75”) which is sixth-best all-time at SF State.

2014 Indoors:  Appeared in two meets for the Gators in the indoor season…made her SF State debut at the Jackson’s Invite in Nampa, Idaho on January 24…she placed 28th in the weight throw with a toss of 37’-8.5”, she also took 29th in the shot put with a throw of 31’-8.75”…on February 17 at the Run For The Dream Meet hosted by Fresno State she took sixth in the shot put with a throw of 37’-7.25” which is sixth all-time in the indoors…she also placed 13th in the weight throw with a mark of 37’-2.50”.

Prior to SF State:  Comes to SF State by way of Union City, Calif., where she attended James Logan High School…while at James Logan she participated in track and field and basketball...lettered in track and field and basketball for the Colts...helped guide her track and field team to MVAL Champsions in her senior season...she was awarded the Coaches Award for Varsity Girls Throwers...she was named the Outstanding Female Athlete, and went to the CIF Championships...her hobbies and interests include learning, ehlpein gand teaching...she is planning on majoring in History.
