Prior to Whittier
Attended Tehachapi High School, where she earned First Team All-Area honors and was a First Team and Second Team All-South Yosemite Mountain League selection. Also twice named to the South Yosemite Mountain League All-Tournament Team.

Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal
Daughter of Heather and Jimi Perkins. Has two siblings, Kyndall and Corey. Enjoys reading and baking. Lists Kate Martin as the athlete she admires most.
