Attended Roosevelt High School, where she was a OIA Champion in 2022, Swim MVP in 2022, and Women's Water Polo MVP in 2024 and 2025.

Daughter of Joleen Sato and Jason Tomisa. Has five siblings: Shaysen, Braxton, Zuri, Timmianne, and Diesel. Lists Emily Ausmus as the athlete she admires most.
