Prior to Whittier
Attended Northcliff High School, where she competed at the junior and senior South African Swimming Nationals and earned full Gauteng colours in open water swimming three times. Also competed at the BRICS Games.

Receipient of multiple Diligence Awards in high school.

Personal
Daughter of Nicola and Lynton Scorgie. Enjoys spending time with friends, dacing, and listening to music. Lists Usain Bolt as the athlete she admires most.
