WHITTIER, Calif. – Playing without two players due to injury, the Whittier College Women's Tennis team was forced to play down 3-0 right from the get go but they managed to sweep the other six points to pull off the 6-3 victory at the Richard Ettinger Tennis Courts.

Kindall Yeung (Fullerton, Calif.) and Amanda Rodriguez (Glendora, Calif.) teamed up together at No. 1 doubles winning 8-0 and Kallysta Lopez (Whittier, Calif.) and Kiara Embrey (Los Angeles, Calif.) followed suit at No. 2 winning 8-0 as well putting WC on top 2-1.

In singles, Whittier continued to roll winning at the top four positions 6-0, 6-0, not dropping a game keeping Mills off the scoreboard.  Yeung played the top spot and was followed by Rodriguez, Lopez, and Embrey.
