LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. (July 6, 2026) – A total of 2,731 student-athletes from the nine members institutions of the SCIAC have been named to the All-Academic Teams for the 2025-26 academic year, with Whittier College athletes comprising 165 athletes on that list.

The 165 selections represent a five-year high for Whittier Athletics, with the inclusion of Men's Club Lacrosse and Football helping boost numbers. Student-athletes must maintain a cumulative 3.4 grade-point average and complete their sport season as a member of the active roster in order to be eligible for selection.
The previous SCIAC-record total of 2,706 was set for the 2024-25 season.
