REDLANDS, Calif. (October 1, 2022) - The Poets traveled to Redlands Saturday and took a 2-0 loss to the Bulldogs.

Whittier totaled 12 shots, included eight in the second half. The Poets tallied five shots on goal, with sophomore Juliana Hodgson responsible for two. Senior Vanessa Martinez had another positive performance with five saves, recording her second loss of the season.

The Bulldogs' first goal was recorded at 53:08 scored by Natalie Turiace assisted by Taylor Pisan. Sabrina Semmere's goal, assisted by Charlie Baum, came in the 75th minute.

The Poets look to turn the tide as they travel to Caltech Wednesday Oct. 5th at 4 p.m.
