Jack came from Whittier High School. Holds a B.A and M.A degrees from Whittier College and Ed.D from Stanford University. Won three varsity letters in Football, three in Track in 1944, 47, 48. Received the Most Valuable Player in 1948. Voted Outstanding Athlete Award in 1948. Student Body President 1947. U.S Navy 1943-46, Lieutenant JG. Has a long distinguished career in Education serving at Punahou School, Whittier High, Cal State Long Beach, Claremont Colleges, Vice President Academic Affairs East West Center University of Hawaii, Vice Chancellor University of Alaska , Anchorage.

Many of his works were published. An International Consultant of renown. Listed in Who’s Who in America and also in Who’s Who in the World 1982
