As his statistics indicate, Mitch had an incredible sports career at Whittier College. Not only was he an accomplished student-athlete, but he has gone on to become one of the top water polo coaches in the country. During the particularly memorable 2004 season, he guided the Poets to the Men’s Water Polo SCIAC Championship and was named the Division III Water Polo Coach of the Year. Mitch resides in La Habra Heights with his wife, Lyn (Dobrzycki) ‘96, and daughter Tessia.
